Pastor Rich & Dorothy have been in fulltime ministry for over 30 years.

Establishing The Shepherd's House Church in 1990 from a Bible Study in a faithful servant's home. His mandate from God to see the manifestation of the Glory of God has been the guideline for the ministry.

Married in 1968, Rich & Dorothy have four children; three daughters and a son. Two of their daughters are married. Rich & Dorothy have four grandchildren.

In 1997, after graduating from Austin Graduate School of Theology with a degree in Biblical Studies, Shane and Charity have been the Youth Pastors of The Shepherd's House Church.

The heart of their ministry is to see young people born again and youth discipling youth. Shane shares his love for worship as part of the Worship Team.

Charity developed and is the director for the Mother's Day Out program. They live with their two children in Denton, Texas.

As new Youth Leaders at The Shepherd's House Church, Stephen and Ashley feel very blessed for the opportunity to serve in the youth ministry.

Stephen and Ashley live in The Colony with their beautiful daughter Caitlin.

They are very excited to see what the Lord has in store for the youth.

Tonya married her husband Mike in 1983. They have two beautiful girls, Shayna and Chelsea.

Tonya has been a teacher in the children’s ministry since the birth of her first daughter in 1986. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education and has been a substitute teacher for many years.

She knows her calling from God is to work with children. She loves talking and interacting with them and most importantly getting to know them. She not only walks in love with each one of them but wants to provide an environment of trust and love where they too can learn to walk in love.

Chris Ochenski has always had a deep love for children. After marrying Walt, in 1977 they had boy/girl twins just four years later. Seeing the need for help in the Children's Ministry of their church, Chris started teaching the 4 & 5 year old class.

It's been well over 20 years and teaming with Tonya Bauman has given her the chance to serve families in a greater way.

Knowing Jesus personally is her vision for each child in the Shepherd's House because it sets the course of their lives! Their children have grown up and married great people. Chris and Walt have one grandson.

Walt is an assistant to the Ministerial Staff who wears many hats.

After a successful career in the business world, Walt 'retired' to come along side Pastor Rich and Dorothy to assist them in their ministry.

Walt married his wife, Chris, in 1977. They have boy/girl twins that are both married. They have been blessed with one grandson.
