facility user guidelines
• No glitter, paint or sand is allowed inside any buildings.
• No smoking in or outside the building – if you must have a designated spot for smoking please talk to our Facilities Manager.
• Alcoholic beverages are not permitted anywhere on church property.
• Please do not remove furniture or furnishings without consulting our Facilities Manager.
• We want encouraging, uplifting music in our buildings.
If Cleaning Fee is not accepted:
• Carrying all trash to dumpster, this includes trash in restrooms.
• If kitchen and dishes were used, please clean all dishes and store appropriately.
• Clean the floors with a broom, mop whatever is needed to revert to original condition.
• Always plan and know where the broom, mop, vacuum cleaner, paper towels, cleaning supplies are.
THE PERSON IN CHARGE OF THE EVENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR:
• Schedule Initial meeting with Facilities Manager and/or Coordinator to review event information, confirm resources needed, etc.
• Setting up and breaking down anything used for the event. (Tables, chairs, etc.)
• You are responsible for getting your tables and/or chairs and to return your tables and/or chairs to where you got them from. If you ask someone to do this for you, you are still responsible for making sure it gets done.
BEFORE YOU LEAVE
• A/C or Heat are automatically controlled, there is no need to make any adjustments.
• Anything you plugged in should be unplugged.
• Please turn all lights Off.
• Verify all doors closed and locked.
Terms & Conditions
Thank you for your consideration for use of The Shepherd’s House Church facilities. We require all requests of the use of the facilities of “The Shepherd’s House” to carefully review and sign the agreement. All event requests must be reviewed and approved by The Shepherd’s House first before scheduling anything on the calendar. When approved, payment for the facilities must be paid within two (2) weeks (10 business days) of the requested event date. The person signing this agreement understands and agrees that The Shepherd’s House Church is not liable for any personal injury, illness or any other condition or effect that results directly or indirectly while on property at 225 Milton St., Lewisville, TX 75057 The views and opinions expressed at the event on church property do not necessarily reflect the policy or position of The Shepherd’s House Church.
